FOLDERS for Organization of Media

Please add folders for organization!?!?! It is a pain to dig through stuff... If someone isn't organized, when they upload something please just autocreate a date w/ Time folder. Allow us to move stuff around and even delete stuff... It's too chaotic to search through hundreds of files...
