NDI missing Transparency Color Options

Our NDI output suddenly stopped being transparent in OBS. I went into Proclaim > Settings > Display and clicked the NDI source and it no longer has a transparent color selection. I've been able to use an OBS Luma Key to get most of the black background out, but the low thirds section we use a semitransparent block, and I can't get it semitransparent. I think a setting in Proclaim was accidentally removed.
