Bug: When Syntax Anything is NOT any thing!

For background discussion to this issue see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/23935.aspx
1. Anything does not specify any number of elements between two constructs ie. between Word 1 and Modifier 1 below the results show Anything is only 0-1 word with the default setting Occurs at least once.
EDIT: after removing Anything and putting it back the problem went away! However, the other issues still remain (this may have happened in conjunction with #4 below).
2. If the setting for Anything is changed it is not reflected in the Syntax diagram ie. Repeats 0 to 3 times is not shown above.
3. In this instance the unit for Repeats is a number of words eg. Anything is 0 to 3 words. Is this true in every case and why?
4. If I change from Repeats to Occurs (or another) the new setting is not enabled!

#4 has been fixed in 4.2 B2 but the Release Notes quote the wrong thread for the problem:-
Syntax Search document
- Fixed bug that caused the “Match contexts where this term ...”
option for “Anything” to change back to the default “occurs at least
once’ after switching to “repeats ...,” etc. (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24128.aspx)
- thread should be http://community.logos.com/forums/t/23996.aspx
