Pop-up Notes

It would be beneficial to include a setting that would allow for notes to be accessed via pop-ups when selected (similar to how footnotes work on desktop and how notes work on mobile). This would allow the selection of hyperlinked text in notes which would be much more convenient in some situations than having to access the note in a separate tab when clicked. For example, it would allow for user-created cross-reference notes and the verses they contain to be quickly viewed/accessed. One possibility for how this could work is allowing for pop-up notes to be accessed via a single click on the note icon while double-clicking could open the note in a separate tab (how notes currently work on desktop when single clicked).
