SUGG: More Options for the "Next" arrows

I would like more options of the next (up & down arrows). One of my favorite features in v 3 the ability to navigate by next markup. It would be helpful if a right click on these arrows allowed a change to at least 1) next section, 2) next page, 3) next markup.

Also, "Next Verse".  I use this in my studies all the time, more so than the other "next" functions.  Also, it would be nice for L4 to remember our setting so we do not always need to reset it.
