Please note there is a known issue. Windows users who encounter an error on start up will need to fix this issue by doing a one-time repair. Instructions on how to repair your installation of Logos can be found here.

I have noticed that the number of notifications in the monthly AI credit counter circle is always inflated by one when it displays a number. Presumably, this is because it counts the AI credit counter as a notification even though it isn't really. So the number drops from 2 to 0 when I click away the notification. I don't believe the circle ever shows "1" notification, because when it drops to one, the AI credit counter icon appears. I believe it would be more accurate to start the notification count at 1 instead of 2.

In addition, the bug relating to drag and drop, the top Bible card, and the other Get Started cards is still present as discussed in the 38.0 Beta 1 thread.

Are you referring to the release note of them being fully draggable?

It's working for me on my Windows and macOS machines. It might be a miscommunication on how I wrote the release note. The Get Started cards are only draggable between other Get Started cards. i.e Help Center card, Top Bible card, etc.

Let me know if that clears things up and I'll edit the Beta 1 release note to be more clear.

The Top Bible card is buggy. The drag and drop functionality is also buggy. While the bug is active, the Get Started cards do not drag and drop at all, even between other Get Started cards.

This is taken from the 38.0 Beta 1 thread:

"I spent 5 minutes unsuccessfully trying to reproduce this bug. I gave up, closed the video card and top Bible card to test them, then restarted Logos. Now I can drag neither the Get Started Card nor the Help Center Card. I can, however, drag the smaller cards just fine (under "add new").

I restarted Logos again. Now the Top Bible Card has reappeared, but not the video card. Everything drags and drops well.

Now I close the Top Bible Card and restart Logos. The cards now no longer drag and drop, but the Top Bible Card is absent.

Restart Logos, Top Bible Card reappears, but drag and drop works. I think we have identified a pattern."

The bug related to the Top Bible card reappearing isn't fixed in v38. That bug, which is now fixed, passed some internal testing but isn't slated to be released until v39 (beta).

Thanks for the transparency. Beta's are always a challenge.
