IMPORTANT: Application update issue for Windows users in v38 Beta 3
This is an important update for users on Windows running v38 Beta 1 or Beta 2 of Logos or Verbum. The Mac version of Logos is unaffected.
When Windows installations of Logos update from v38 Beta 1 or Beta 2 to v38 Beta 3 next week, you may encounter a crash on startup. To fix this issue, a one-time repair of your installation should resolve the issue. Instructions on how to repair your installation of Logos can be found here.
This is required to fix the crash on startup in version 38 as reported in threads such as Crash Opening Verbum Beta 2 (38.0.548), Crash opening Verbum Beta 2 (v38), and Logos beta crashes after title screen. Users who repaired their installation in v38 Beta 1 or Beta 2 may need to repair their installation one more time in Beta 3.Thank you to everyone who reported this issue and for your continued participation in the Logos Beta Program.
