Note I assume a holding cell rather than imprisonment without a trial, how long until it gets released and who releases it … yes, I am thinking of TIP OF THE DAY 70 … which is incomplete and been held against its will.

I suspect it is because of the footnotes being links to the web … which is what I asked Perplexity for so they would be accessible by the most users.
