Slides not loading on iPhone

I connect to proclaim via my iPhone via a local connection (directly to the computer running Proclaim). EVERY Sunday I verify that my connection is local and not internet. Many times the slides don't load on my phone - I can control the presentation but I can't see the slide content - they show as gray blank slides and I get a loading indicator in the app. No amount of closing the app and reconnecting fixes this.

My proclaim app is updated - we keep the app on the computer (Windows based PC) updated.

Sorry about that. Can you send logs from the remote? If you hit the hamburger menu in the upper right of the main screen there should be an option in the about menu to send support info it will open up a new email to us with the logs attached

sending logs from your computer will be useful too. Hopefully we will see why the slides are generating. You can send those from the help menu in Proclaim.

Also, the web version is better than it has been so that could be an option for you now. We have improved both the service backing thumbnail generation and the service that listens and changes slides.

Thanks - web version for the phone, to control the presentation? How do I access that? I can't find a link to it. And are you saying the web version is better than the native app?

Oh, I was meaning controlling Proclaim via the internet instead of your local connection. You can disable the local remote server in Proclaim or disable using local wifi in the Proclaim Remote and use the internet to fetch the data and control.
