Add an option to use a grey symbol icon instead of a book cover image for the “change book” button.

The resource panel top toolbar currently uses a book cover image to open the “change book” menu and reflect the book or bible that is open. The resource panel’s main tab directly above it already displays the same book cover image revealing the same book or bible that is open.
In my opinion, the two identical book covers in close proximity to each other create an odd, cluttered appearance. In some cases, one is nearly right on top of the other one.
In addition, and more importantly, I find the book cover image on the resource panel’s top toolbar distracting while reading the text below it, especially when the secondary toolbar is closed. The visual distraction is even worse if it is one of the bright high contrast book or bible cover images.
I propose adding an option to use a non-distracting grey symbol icon (like those used on the secondary toolbar) instead of a book cover image for the “change book” button on the resource panel top toolbar.
