Feature: Sermon Starter

Additional details: Please! I have used Sermon Starter for years as a study guide and for sermon prep. on the Windows version of Logos. Lately I have started using my iPad more for study, especially when traveling or on the go, but the Sermon Starter feature is sadly not available. Please bring that to the Mobile version of Logos!

Printing zoom level should be independant from Viewing zoom level
The zoom level I use for my monitor and the one I use for printing should be independant. With larger monitors, zooming to 140% or higher is becoming normal. But when printing we normally just want to have the 100% size, or maybe even smaller.
