Is anyone else having trouble with print/export or copy and pasting with Logos

I was finalizing my sermon and wanted to copy it from Word into the Logos sermon document, since I preach from logos, and every time I tried to copy and paste it froze or crashed. Additionally, I just finished designing the 2025 reading plan for my church and hit print/export and nothing happened. It appears to have locked up again. I have tried reinstalling and restarting. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I haven’t made the time to create a post, but this has been happening with me also. For me, the textbook that I’m using in my Hebrew class I export an assignment at the end of each chapter so that I can hand write the answers and usually about a 80% chance crash when I try to export a section of a book into a PDF

    I have been trying to print a Bible reading plan I created for our church and everytime I do it just freezes up and crashes.

    I'd suggest posting logs from the crash - here's a link: https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/886

    We can tag @Bradley Grainger (Logos) so he will know when the logs are posted and possibly give insight.

    @Joe McCune (Faithlife) can you take a look into this case please? I was able to print from a fairly large notebook on the desktop app, so wasn't able to reproduce this.

    I am not able to duplicate this problem.

    Tony and Robert it would be helpful if you could post your logs, as Frank has suggested.

    Chiming in, initial session open of the print/export dialog has taken an exceedingly long amount of time for me recently. Second and successive openings are snappier.

    Logos 38.0.578, windows 11.

    I ended up doing a complete OS and logos reinstall. Working as intended now.
