I have two frustrations that keep appearing, both related to Logos not remembering view settings.
- The markings for sermon documents continue to show up in Bibles even though I selected "Do not show in any books" (macOS). There's no keyboard shortcut for these options and the toolbar requires four clicks to select the option to not show in any book (I miss the simpler toolbar). On the iPad, I've also toggled off "Show Sermon Documents", but the symbols for sermon documents show up there also. How do I keep sermon documents marking from showing up? It's not every time on either Mac or iPad, but it seems that the issue pops up once or twice a week. I don't use sermon documents, but I do use Sermon Manager.
- On Logos desktop: I have NASB 1995 as a translation I refer to regularly. When I switch to this translation (both verse-by-verse & paragraph formats), it always shows BHS and NA28 parallel text. I do the three clicks through all the toolbar settings to find "Parallel Text" to toggle it off. Or I use the ⇧⌘M ("M" being a reasonable & easy to remember choice for "parallel text" 😃). When I switch back to NASB, the parallel text shows up again. The parallel text shows up for both the NASB 1995 & the NASB 1995 paragraph versions. The setting is specific to those two Bible resources as parallel text does not show up for any other translation including NASB 1977 or NASB 2020.
Thank you for any assistance you may provide.
