Customizable Toolbar

i'd prefer if we could add or remove toolbar features we prefer or not prefer. it cleans up the toolbar section. it also makes it easier to locate those features rather than hunting for them through each drop down category. i would also like to see a sorting feature in the parallel resource lists. this would definitely make it easier to find a specific resource.
