Does it work with the 2025 libraries?
Here's a bit more context around the birthday coupon, including what it may be applied to:
Just to clarify your question here, David, are you asking if the $20 off $50+ coupon works on libraries?
That’s right… assuming you mean the libraries you can buy after getting a subscription
I haven't received a BD coupon in a couple years…didn't know they were still doing it.
Interesting question for the New Era…. Wonder if it could be used on the new libraries or towards the subscription for that matter…. Not sure that I've seen one either - I'd have to check my order for the discount
Thanks for the link @Jason Stone (Logos) - I did verify that my birthdate is listed. When I tried to verify being signed up for the "Personalized Offers" - I did not see that option under the Email Preferences
@Jason Stone (Logos) , I'm with Frank…it ain't there. (Screenshot)
@Jason Stone (Logos) there's more problems with this than meet the eye.
If I go to the page in your post and scroll down to the how-to section, I see this-
When I click the link to the 'faithlife dot com' account, it takes me here-
As you can see, this page does not contain a place to input my birthday. If I choose 'Settings' in the top left corner, I get this page-
…which also does not have a place to put my birthday.
The only place I've found to do that is to click on my avatar icon in the top right corner and choose 'Profile',
…which gives me this page-
…where I can set my birthday.
Maybe this needs a little cleanup? …or the post you linked could be edited to make finding this without having to know internal company jargon easier?
Just FYI.
Maybe this needs a little cleanup?
It appears a miss was uncovered (thank you!), and I didn't help much by sharing that outdated article from Word by Word. This has been escalated internally and we're working on updating the article with proper instructions to ensure personal offer notifications are appropriately emailed.
Here are a few items to check in the meantime if you'd like to receive the birthday coupon via email: Check the box next to “I’d like to receive email from Logos.” on the email-list sign-up page. Make sure you’re signed in with the email address you want to use to receive your birthday gift. And make sure to select Logos, then Logos English.
Also, be sure to watch your application dashboard or contact support for your birthday coupon if you do not see that email.
OK, I've done that…now if I can figure out why my replies are vanishing without a trace…
I have never seen the bday coupon in the dashboard, is this confirmed?
I was wondering the same, as I never use the dashboard. I open to my Layouts. The coupon used to come via email
Hi, New Logos10 user. I was at a bible study today with no internet and I couldn't do a search of the books in my library. When I got back to an internet connection the search feature worked. I thought I downloaded all the books in my library so I wouldn't need an internet connection. How can I tell if the books in my…
I've had Logos since 2010 with no problems. I opened it a few weeks ago for a study, and it must have performed an update as it says it is v42.1 (May 2025). Today, I tried to open the program, the blue screen appeared on my screen, and then it disappeared and nothing happened. I attempted restarting the desktop and then…
I am trying to watch the video content from the Mobile Course Bi131 in my app. It says it is "Downloaded" in my library, but when I click on any of the videos, I get a screen similar to the below that has effectively no content - 00.00 / 00.00. I can watch it using the Logos web app. This is on a new Macbook Air with MacOS…
I want to eliminate the dotted line showing what other people highlight. It is distraction and serves no purpose for me. If I want or need a passage highlighted, I'll do it myself. All the directions and help I see in Logos is not current to Logos Max. The instructions are not even found on Max. So how do I do this?
I have an essay where I need to write about the Servant theme in the book of Isaiah. Most of my sources will be relying on Bible verses. What would be the best way to gather and collate information about it? E.g. I want to collect all the verses about the servant in Isaiah while reading through it. The only two ways I know…
