Why does the subscription page think I do not have memorization tool?
L10 full feature set. Memorization tool seems to work. But subscription webpage shows this:
@John @Frank Sauer @Aaron Hamilton @Steven MacDonald We will be adding the Memorization Tool to the Full Feature Set, so that it will be owned by all who own the Full Feature Set. Sorry to take so long to get back to you.
Interestingly, I don't see this.
This is a good question. It's possible that the memorization tool is being or will be expanded/modified such that it might be considered "New".
John, I am sending you an email.
It says "New to you" on my account as well. I would also appreciate hearing your response to this inquiry.
It shows as New for me as well.
I also have the New to You and own the L10 FFS
Thanks Joe, I read your email .. which says that I do not own the L10 FFS. However I somehow am eligible for the L10 discount on subscription.
In addition, my Logos software seems to indicate I own L10 FFS.
Isn't this how a person would determine if they owned all the features or not?
Before the deadline to purchase L10 FFS, I verified that I already owned it. If it had reported that I did not own it all, I probably would have purchased the missing features. But as you can see, my Logos software reports that I own "All Logos 10 features".
A recent release noted that the memorization tool had been separated from the passage list (? do I recall correctly). If they didn't run special maintenance, it wouldn't be surprising to have inconsistent data.
? do I recall correctly
I had looked for something regarding the memorization tool in recent notes and didn't find anything, but I was ready to take your word for it.
John,
Please accept my apologies. You do own the Full Feature set.
I am following up on this issue with our team. I will post here again when I have further news.
It had been announced some time ago, and Logos Help does confirm it is an independent tool It is also stated as New to you.
New to you.
Thank you for fixing this.
Thanks for the update @Joe McCune (Faithlife) - though it seems I never lost access, just wasn't recognized as being owned on Subscription page.
@Joe McCune (Faithlife) I am curious as to whether those of us who do not subscribe will have icons for Subscription only features in our menus…. I ask because on 38.1, I just noticed Bible Study Builder visible, but greyed out in the Tools Menu… (It may have been there, but I don't recall seeing it until just now.
I bought LOGOS some years ago. about $369. I have not used it in a while since it is waaay more complex than the Quickverse I loved. Now, I log in and no longer seem to have access to my extensive library or anything else I purchase. Did they take it all back for the sake of subscriptions??
I would like to add a note (not an entire notebook) to a favorites folder. I can add a notebook to favorites by clicking the star icon but I just want a specific note within that notebook, not the whole notebook. Is there a way to do that?
I have 6,480 notebooks (the reason isn’t relevant). a) When I open a resource with Notes turned off, it loads at normal speed. b) However, when I attempt to change the resource Notes —or after the change—the loading slows down significantly, even though no notebooks are selected. (slow as in 1 minute or even longer) c) It…
What map book shows all the New Testament places quickly and easily? Syrian Phoenicia was hard to find. As was Magadan.
I am working on something complicated, so I decided to create a temporary layout since it was getting so crunched working with only one layout open. However, when I did so, I accidentally clicked "update active." 😧 Is there any way to undo that?
