Why is there an entry in Factbook with virtually no results?

"Complementarianism" is a concept in the Factbook, but when I select it I get virtually no results, even though I know there are journal articles and books in my library that discuss it. Is this a bug, or is Factbook manually populated with results from my library?

Those resources would have to be specifically tagged for complementarianism. Hopefully AI will be capable of expanding tags beyond what would be otherwise possible with limited staff.

What Aaron said, but also… if your screenshot had included Factbook Tags (the next section under "Books from Your Library"), I found much more help there from my library.

What are "Factbook tags"? It's seems strange that there's a "Factbook tag" for complementarianism in my journals, but no hits in the "Journal" section.

No, I'm pretty sure it's not all done manually. But it appears that complementarianism isn't a priority in whatever systems they do have set up. I have a healthy amount of resources that address the topic and they are not integrated well into Factbook (as Jason mentioned, I do, however, see a fair amount of references listed under Factbook Tags). Bibles are tagged best, so using Factbook for Bible-related information will generate the best results. It's probably best to use smart and precise search to comb through your library manually regarding most terms not specifically mentioned in the Bible.

Short story: Dictionary alignments were previously done in a manual manner. This made the process very slow.

Starting this year we've made a significant effort to automate the alignment of any encyclopedia or glossary entry to a Factbook concept. We've made significant progress in that regard. We've actually doubled the number of total connections from approximately 440K in May to around 880K today. Unfortunately, not all of those are exposed yet as we have some work to do on making sure those get returned to users.

A major point of emphasis in 2025 will be getting as close to 100% as possible in terms of making sure headwords appear on Factbook pages.

Incidentally, "Complementarianism" only has 8 headword entries in our entire Library. Personally, I would have thought that to be higher and found it surprising.
