Any idea what additions this revised edition has to Grudem's original Christian Ethics ?

34 pages difference on the new version. It includes:

    • Appendix B: Ethical Systems: Secular and Christian
    • Appendix C: A Partial List of Christlike Character Traits or “Virtues”
    • Appendix D: A Critique of “Theonomy”

And this, so not much added to it:

    • Glossary
    • Name Index
    • Hymn Index
    • Scripture Index
    • Subject Index

Revised/updated editions are so often a disappointment in terms of value for money if you own the original.

The worst part is we have to pay full price for these so called revisions!

I know revised/updated books are "new", but it would be nice if publishers offered an "upgrade" price. I seem to recall this happened with the Revised Expositor's Bible Commentary. I can't think of any other examples.
