French searches need to be fixed!

- A more recent problem: all forms does not work anymore. So to find both singular and plural nouns (not to mention declined verbs), one has to use a wildcard. Not handy at all.
- A long standing problem: when will Logos fix the apostrophe issue for searches in French? It is really subpar not to be able to find words if they are prefixed by an elided article that use an apostrophe (i.e., "l'apôtre" will not be found when searching for "apôtre"). Posting here for greater dev visibility.

I'd like this to be addressed please. Currently, I have to search like this: *term* to find occurrences of a noun otherwise plural forms and those with the elided article do not show. Using stars every single time is not only annoying but slows down searches. It also produces false positives. For instances, looking for the plant "ortie" with a prefixed wildcard will find "sorties" (means "went out").
