Exporting Documents

Good Afternoon,

When trying to export a selected text from the print/export option, I'm getting an error:

If I try to export in an RTF, nothing is readable in the document.

This has been happening for a while and it used to work flawlessly for me. Any help is appreciated.

    Solved! Customer Support directed me to uncheck the option below in the settings of Word and now export is functioning as it used to.

    @Travis Briles I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

    I have the same version of Logos and Mac that you do, but I have no difficulties with Print/Export. I also am not seeing similar reports from other users

    It looks like we need to do further troubleshooting to be able to help you effectively with this. Please contact Customer Support at 888-563-0382.
