Hi community, I have difficulty accessing "The New King James Version with Reverse Interlinear" that I have just purchased. Could you please help?
What platform are you trying to access it on? Does it show in your library?
I'm trying to access it via the mobile Bible app. It doesn't show up in my library, although other items I purchased in the same order do appear
I'm trying to access it via the mobile Bible app
Is this on iPhone / iPad or Android?
If the former, try going to the home page, entering the command Rebuild index in the search box at the top and then selecting that command. It will take a few minutes to run but should hopefully fix this.
(This command is not available on Android)
Are you saying, the "New King James Version" does not show up at all? There wouldn't be a separate entry for the reverse interlinear.
Yes true. Indeed I don't have any access to the NKJV itself (the one I purchased at least)
It's an android phone so yes o don't have that feature
Do you see it on app.logos.com?
I can see the NKJV but not the "Thomas Nelson New King James version" with the characteristics red icon.
I do think there's only one NKJV in Logos (and cover pictures are not fully reliable)

Downloaded Logos from website to my new Mac desktop. Highlights are missing. How do I reinstall highlights?? I still have old + new Mac plugged in, and sitting side by side. Likely notes are missing, too. I am not sure.
After reading Philippians 1:1, I was curious to find out how many times δοῦλος was used appositionally in the New Testament. I did the Syntax Search seen in the image but there are results missing such as James 1:1. How do I construct a better syntax query to get every instance to show up in my search.
Why doesn't Logos include free and public domain books like the Apostolic Fathers that I can find across the web in their library? I can understand at least restricting it to a subscription tier, but even on the Pro Sub I cannot sit down and read 1 Clement or John Wesley's Plain Account on Christian perfection without…
Ezk 28:11[specifically]12B-19, the lament over the ruler of Tyre, has been described as “one of the more difficult passages in the Book of Ezekiel—if not in the whole Bible! “ Ralph H. Alexander, “Ezekiel,” ExBC 6, 882. And within that lament is some dispute as to the meaning of “covering” in 28.13; but there is seeming…
I have a few book I refer to often and copy quotes from for my Bible research. These books are not in the Logos library or the print library. Is there way to have these books stored in Logos, so when I reference them, I can recall the book without having to type the source into Notes over and over again?
