How to sync all open resources to a given passage in Logos Max

I can't find the functions in the 3 dots (upper right corner) to designate a resource with A, B, C, etc. Is there a way to sync those resources to a given passage for a resource?

    It's now in the new menu bar under Home / Link Set:
