Multiple layouts
Imagine a user working on a sermon and wanting to do a detailed word study with a predefined layout. Right now, they have to update their sermon layout, open their word study layout, and then switch back. Or they can create a mega-layout with floating windows for all of their other incidental tasks, which will open and consume system resources together they are needed it or not. Additionally, if they refine their word study layout, they might also need to update a teaching, writing, and devotion layout to match. Yuck.
But imagine a better way! I am working on a sermon and right-click my word study layout and am presented with two options: "clear workspace and open layout" or "open this layout in a floating window." Suddenly, I have modular layouts that I can merge on the fly, never opening more than I need for the task in front of me.
I've seen multiple suggestions for having multiple layouts but could not find one for the implementation seemed the most intuitive to me.
