Am I wrong or used to be there "partially" as a search criteria in the Library, on logos.com in the "Ownership status? I'm looking for a way to see those volumes of Commentaries I own partially, e.g. 3 out of 45 I do not own.
It was experimental on the 'old' Logos.com
Thanks! That's a bummer.
Christoph - I too wish I could view "partially owned" series. My coding days are almost half a century behind me, so I don't really know, but it seems that that would be such a simple thing to code. Also, FL could send marketing stuff to users noting that "you are missing three out of XX books in the such-and-such Series!" and then brag about the resulting dynamic price on what's left.
I get that I can filter for a series in a Library tab, and then flip from "Library" to "Add to Library," and see whether I'm missing anything, and I can do that for each series I own, starting with the one with the most books or other resources I own. But still it would be nice to sort for partially owned series and see them all at once. I own a lot of series….
If I remember right, the Partially (Un)Owned spit out any sets (and individual volumes) for which you had one (or at least a few, anyway). It meant lots of results to wade thru.
It wasn't Thomas-coded.
Exactly. That was my thought! Makes it much easier for the customer and more sales for FL! An extra plus would also be "denomination",…
I’m trying to find the reformat option for BDAG. The videos I have seen show it under the formatting ribbon at the top of BDAG, but when I check my Mac I see the formatting ribbon, but the reformat option does not exist. If this option is available on either the Mac or the iPad, I would appreciate anyone who can tell me…
I did a precise search of my top bibles for the word "unity." It returned 6 verses in 5 translations. It failed to list, however, John 17:21 in the GW translation. There might be others but this was the one I first noticed was missing. My understanding was that "top bibles" includes the first 10 bibles that I include in my…
I recently noticed a feature I frequently use in Sermon Builder is gone. I am no longer able to change translations on the fly in Sermon Builder like I used to. For instance, I would input John 3:16 NIV, and the NIV would click to bring up CSB, NASB, ESV, etc. Was this feature removed?
At home I have two monitors connected to my MacBook Pro. When I am away from home I use a MacBook Air. When opening up Logos I have to go to the top ribbon and select which screen (i.e. monitor) I want to look at. Is there a keystroke that will allow me to switch rather than using my mouse to go up to the top ribbon and…
Just recently - I'm guessing after an update - I started getting a desktop popup that says "Highlight Added." When it pops up, it stays up for a good 30 seconds before disappearing. While up, it covers the very last (bottom) highlight label, meaning if I want to use the highlight, I have to wait for the popup to go away.…
