Can someone help me to log in to my Logos software on my MacBook Air?

I have downloaded the current app on my MacBook and when I go to log in it says it is unable to connect and asks me to try again. I have 8GB of RAM and 51.8 GB of available space. I have updated by version to macOS Sequoia veersion 15.2. I believe I meet all the requirements and would prefer to use the software on my computer instead of online. I have tried restarting my computer and removing and re-adding the app. I have even tried changing my password. Nothing is working. Can someone give me some advice as to fix this?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Couple of thoughts:
- Is the system clock on your MacBook set to show the correct time?
- Is it possible you have a firewall in the way - blocking connection to Logos servers?
