When digging into Strongs meanings I click on the number for a word, bringing up the meaning in a separate window. If I then right click on the strongs number to bring up more options the software going very slow. Sometimes if I wait it eventually allows further progress but more often than not it freezes and the only way out is to close Logos down and start again. I haven't found this problem in amy other part of Logos.

Until a couple of weeks ago it worked fine and I haven't installed anything new onto my PC.

I just tried this and didn't see any slow down when right clicking a strongs number in the interlinear box at the bottom of the NKJV bible. If you're clicking Strongs somewhere else, let me know, and I'll try it.

For comparison I'm using Logos on an iMac with an M3 processor and 16GB of RAM.

Hi Kevin, thank you for your reply. What I was doing is clicking on the strongs number in the interlinear box at the bottom of the KJV Bible. It then brings up a window with the strongs definitions with the strongs numbers on the left and the definitions to the right. I was then right click on the strongs number there which gives more options to dig deeper. It was when I tried to click on something in the new box that things slowed down dramatically. However, for some reason I no longer have the problem. Eveeything is now working as it should much to my relief.

So thank you for taking the trouble to reply, hopefully the issue won't appear again!

I'm using Logos on a i5 processor also with 16Gb of RAM.

It could be that your Internet connection had a temporary slowdown. I've seen that when Logos opens and the Internet is fine, it has a temporary bottleneck that goes away after I give up trying to do something.

Thanks Kevin, it actually went on for quite a while so I don't think it was the internet. It was causing quite a problem so whatever it was I'm very glad it has sort itself out!
