Why are my slides so delayed when On Air (Windows 11)?

I have reasonably a reasonably powerful setup (i7 13th Gen, RTX 3060, 32gb DDR5) and with this latest update I have experience random, significant delays when switching slides. It is usually delayed about 8 seconds when changing between sermon slides, but consecutively switching for songs works fine. System usage is low. Using NDI output. Rolled back to Proclaim 4.6 until this issue is resolved. Thanks!

That is odd, I’m not sure what would be causing that. Could you send us logs from the machine you had issues on? You can do so from the help menu. You can do so with the submit logs button. Or you can save them and attach them here.

Here are the logs, rolling back versions seemed to temporarily work and then it started again yesterday.

Sorry for the delay, I am not seeing anything in the logs that would account for this.
What exactly is happening? You hit the next arrow or use the keyboard to advance the slide, and it just sits there? And 8 seconds later it pops up? Is it transitioning during that time, or is it just a harsh jump?
Does it feel like the app is frozen during this time?

Experiencing same issue on new Win 11 i7 32 G RAM 1 TB SSD since moving from Win 10 HP PC but not using NDI at all just 2xHDMI and 2 USB-C to HDMI for a 4-display output arrangement. Only strated happening early December 2024.

It is definitely a harsh jump, and sometimes it even freezes the entire PC. I am fairly certain that there is a memory leak, as Proclaim was left On Air overnight and completely locked up the PC to the point where it couldn't even restart and a force power off was need. Like Ted, this issue started in December.
