ESV hear the bible not working right

When I hold ctrl+R it will not read my bible on my new Thinkpad laptop. It works on the commentary window etc but the bible window no sound from the player. My main computer my HP all-in-one has no issue. Any ideas what I can check? I spent $1500 on this laptop so I could take Logos with me on the go.

    Are you saying that on your Thinkpad, Ctrl+R works when a commentary is open, but not when a Bible is open? Make sure you click inside the Bible tab. Ctrl+R will begin to read aloud the text within the active window.

    Yes, sir. Only the ESV bible has this issue. I tried other Bibles and they are working, I have reinstalled Windows and installed Logos. I am not sure what the problem is. When I open the ESV Audio bible I receive a messsage that says we are unable to access the media you're trying to play. Please verify you are not offline.

    I fixed it. It turns out that in Windows 11 I had to go into settings and then go to system then optional features and install Windows Media Player legacy (app). Now it works.
