Hi, I just discovered that I have two Data folders under AppData\Local\Logos: bl3ebvem.2f2 (smaller in size but has a more recent modification date) & vk4jnunt.ah0 (larger in size but has an older modification date). Which one may I delete safely?
This typically happens if you log into Logos using two different accounts on the same computer.
Is that possible in your case?
Thanks, Graham. Yes, I do have access to two different accounts. Ok, so say, if I decide not to access one of the two accounts on my desktop app, can I delete that folder? then, how can I know which one is for which? … just try?

I would enable diagnostic logging for Logos and then restart Logos. The Logos.log file will contain a lot of entries and, near the top, you should have something like I am showing below. That will tell you which folder is being used by the account you were just using.

Thanks again, Graham. I think I got what you suggested, as below. So, "vk4jnunt.ah0" is the default data folder. Just to test, I add TMP to the beginning of the other folder name, thus "TMPbl3ebvem.2f2" and restart Logos. Somehow, a new "bl3ebvem.2f2" was created but is empty. Is this supposed to be like that? So, it's safe to delete the entire folder of "TMPbl3ebvem.2f2" now?

From what you have said I think so - but I’m always a bit cautious in doing this and it would be good if someone else could confirm first!
I have a PDF that I would like to import, but I am kind of unclear how to do that. I watched a random video and he seemed to be saying that PDFs need to be changed to docx files first and then just uploaded as a PB? Is this correct? Is there a more practical way to do this? Thanks.
I teach with four other gentlemen and would like to print out the teaching schedule over the past year, which I've kept dutifully in the Sermon Manager. I can't see an easy way to print it out, copy it, or export it. Am I missing this, or it this an oversight bug?
For some reason when I hover my cursor over a word in my Bible the word is highlighted along with every other occurrence of that word in the window. (see picture) I don't know what I did to make that happen or how to stop it. Suggestions????
I was surprised to observe that inline interlinear capability does not appear to be offered with the Luther Bible RI. Very disappointed. If this can be addressed or explained I would appreciate it.
I’m trying to find the reformat option for BDAG. The videos I have seen show it under the formatting ribbon at the top of BDAG, but when I check my Mac I see the formatting ribbon, but the reformat option does not exist. If this option is available on either the Mac or the iPad, I would appreciate anyone who can tell me…
