How can I cancel subscription?

I purchased subscription for 2 years to try out because the Logos advertisement said I could cancel it within 30 days without being charged. Now time is almost up and I don't find much use of the subscription for using Logos AI because I found ChatGPT is much helpful for me so far.
But I cannot find cancel button on my account page or order history page.
Do I have to call them to cancel it or is there easy way to do it online?

Subscription purchases were announced to be non-refundable from the start. If you have that advertisement that states you could cancel and get a refund, you could contact Customer Service and use that to fight for a refund.
The only 30 days without being charged that I recall, was the 30 day trial, not a purchase.

Yes, this is true as long as the OP previously purchased a 'feature set' or 'basepackage' before joining the subscription program the OP is eligible for a fallback legacy license after 24 months of contious subscription:
