Why is IVP Pocket Dict. of North American Denominations an Ebook?

Why is the IVP Pocket Dictionary of North American Denominations an Ebook instead of a Logos Edition?
Can Logos please convert this to a Logos Edition? This seems to be a mistake or oversight, am I right? I'm looking at the resource in Accordance and it looks like a normal dictionary. I don't see any obvious reason why it should be treated as an Ebook. It has page numbers and headwords. It should at least be a Reader Edition, right?
