Behringer X32 to Proclaim Recording

Are there any video, articles, anything to help us connect our new X32 to Proclaim? Everything is working on our X32. The sounds in the sanctuary are great. But the sermon recording on Proclaim is so low in volume that you have to turn it all the way up to hear the tinyest of sound. Any help anywhere????

essentially, if it sounds good in the house, but your master fader isn’t at zero or your faders aren’t at a reasonable level then the mics coming in might be too low and this carries forward to other devices

Thank you for responses. I will say this: [1] Faders are not set low. [2] Sound is fantastic in the Sanctuary. [3] I have not had a chance to watch the video yet.

How can I get all the slides in Pre-Service loop to use global countdown clock settings?
For some reason not all my slide will use the global settings. I have the countdown clock set for the bottom right, but most of the slides it show up on the bottom left. I've tried turning that setting off for each slide as well as updating the global settings to no avail.
Lyric segments
I've imported a song (This is Our God - Phil Wickham) that has several headings like Intro, Verse 1, Chorus, Outro, Turnaround. All of these heading are available in the sequence box above the lyrics, except "Turnaround". Why is that one missing? How can I force Proclaim to recognize it as a heading?
Linking to a song streaming account
