Increase the number of panels (more than 4) that can be included in a layout; e.g., 6 or 8.
What platform. On the desktop I've not run into a limit - and I commonly use 10
@K. Dirk Berard - are you speaking of the default set of Layouts that you can see when you click the Layout Icon?
If so, as @MJ. Smith mentioned, I've also never run into a limit - my current opened Layout runs between 15 and 20 depending on what I keep open.
In case you're not aware - you're not limited to those default layout setups on the Desktop App - you can create your own by opening whatever resources that you would like to be a part of the Layout and adjusting the size (both width and height) of each tab to your liking.
I think he might be referring to the app.logos.com which has a 4 limit?
Thanks; all of your responses are helpful.
I think something that would help layouts entirely is to be able to have multiple instances of Logos running at the same time. For people with multiple monitors… having multiple instances of Logos ability would be a great blessing.
And "open to full screen" is not the same as "multiple instances of Logos". With "multiple instances" you get the full power of the Logos program "multiple times". Many programs allow this now…. I hope Logos will soooon! 😎
You can run two versions parallel - one Logos, one Verbum. However, as they use separate library instances so unless you have a small library, it becomes a resource hog.

Why not offer a toggle for those who do not wish to purchase a subscription (AND NEVER WILL!!!) that removes the…
I would suggest that the Monthly Free book and other subscription "free" benefits be automatically downloaded to Logos whenever it is opened on my computer/device instead of having to download it every month. A pop-up window indicating that it is being downloaded, thanking me for my subscription, offering other deals, etc…
I have a master favorites structure and would like to be able to copy it when I begin a new study rather than having to rebuild it each time. This would be a huge timesaver for me as well as others. Thank you, Soli Deo Gloria Mark See
I wI was hoping you might reconsider the 'new way' of searching bible verses. Currently in a bible tile [window], we use the hour glass icon to search the input item [i.e. words, phrases, occurrences, etc…] with default [Smart Search ]. Currently inputting a Bible verse, and quickly hitting return twice, gets you a message…
One of the things I often do with a ChatGPT or Gemini session is share the entire session of a very informative session to the my friends that I think might have a genuine interest and benefit in its content. I would also love that ability, as some of mine of been really engaging and helpful, and I would like to pass them…
