"For the First time in history, a book is written to show that the language of the Qur'an is Aramaic, not Arabic. Aramaic renders interpretations that are totally different from those rendered by Muslim commentators in the last fourteen centuries. There are similarities between the Qur'an and the Old Testament, but those similarities were undermined by Muslim commentators by giving erroneous interpretations to their Holy Book."

Statement from the Author:

"…The Eastern Syriac Dialect is dominant in the Qur'an, and many chapters are borrowed from the Hebrew Bible and the Syriac Peshitta, but were misinterpreted by Muslim commentators. Erroneous interpretations of the Qur’an caused a huge gap between Islam and other civilizations, mainly the West. The gap is apparent in religious, social, political, and economic development.

The Aramaic language of the Qur’an calls for the treatment of women with decency. In Aramaic, the Qur’an does not command women to cover their faces. It does not state that men are guardians over women. Muslim commentators state that there are virgin women in heaven with sexy eyes waiting for men who engage in Jihad. The Aramaic language of the Qur’an does not imply that at all. The Qur’anic verse says: 'there will be spring water and bright raisins'.

According to the Aramaic language of the Qur’an, Jesus is united with God. Its Aramaic language confirms the Biblical inference that Jesus is 'anointed'. The Qur'an confirms that Jesus is the 'Messiah', who died by crucifixion. Yahweh, God of Israel, is mentioned in the Qur’an, but was interpreted erroneously by Muslim commentators as 'evil desires'.

Muslims believe that the Prophet of Islam was carried out, in a night journey, from the Mosque at Mecca to the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. In Aramaic, the Qur’anic verse has a different meaning; it says that 'during the night, Allah bestowed his blessings on his servant.' Furthermore, the trip to Jerusalem could not have happened because the Al-Aqsa Mosque did not exist during the life of the Prophet. It was built more than seventy years after the death of Muhammad.

Aramaic is not only the dominant language of the Qur’an; it is the language of the Qur’an, without which the Qur’an can never be understood. Every single verse of Qur’an is written in the Aramaic language. This book lists many Quranic verses with their identical, word-by-word Aramaic transliterations.
