Commentary needs indexed by Bible

Volume 3 of Richard Sibbes' works consists exclusively of a commentary on 2 Corinthians 1 (500+ pages on 1 chapter!). However it isn't indexed by Bible, and so doesn't appear in passage guide.

Is there any reason why it couldn't be?
