Layout not loading after update to v39

Hi all,

After update to v39 I can open Logos to the Dashboard, but my favourite Layout only partially load and causes the program becomes unresponsive.

This is on both PC and Mac - Logos Pro on my desktop PC had updated to v39 already when I opened it and the problem manifested immediately. I reverted to my Macbook which was still on v38.x and opened fine, but when the update took place so did the non-loading layout on my Mac .

Any help appreciated.

Hi Stephen,

We have seen this issue pop up once in a while - please follow the instructions here → https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/886 to enable logs and to attach them to post.

The logs will hopefully reveal what is causing the crash when you open that layout.

I know you cannot provide a screenshot of something you can't open, but maybe describe what was included in the layout including links.
