I deliberately leave my email address discoverable on the Faithlife community side and have had occasional side conversations with forumites. I have yet to have anyone abuse it although Logos had to get involved in some abuse of Faithlife itself.

If you type "@" and my user name i.e.
@MJ. Smith in a post (picking my name out of the list) I will get a notification of the post. If you go to and we are in any group together, you can leave me a message there (I'll eventually see it) or you can find my email address and use it.
