Formatting in Sermon Builder

My logos was just updated to the 39.0 release (Logos for Mac). Before this release, when I clicked the Scripture in the sermon builder, a box formed around it, which allowed me to either delete or move it… Now, when I click on the Scripture, the cursor forms like I'm trying to edit it. Can you bring back the previous way or provide an option to bring that back in settings?

Secondly, when I hit "return" to start a new paragraph, I used to be able to hit the "delete" key to tab back to the first position. Now, I have to hit "Shift + Tab." Can you bring back the ability to just hit "delete" to tab backwards? Maybe as an optional setting?

Agreed. I'd guess the idea was to make the passage directly editable, but we could always choose that if we wanted it by clicking the pencil, or double-clicking the passage box. Now, not only is the ease of the whole passage block gone, but I have to wait a breath before hitting enter (like I do when entering passages in the Passages list on Sermon Builder) or it doesn't load the passage, and then after I've entered it, I still have to hit enter again to change my focus to the normal text entry instead of the passage.

I keep finding new things about the new Scripture entry format that I are frustrating and/or confusing. I went to enter a passage today, and wanted it to be a block, but I was in the middle of an existing paragraph. When I hit enter, it left the reference where I typed it, but created the Scripture block AFTER the paragraph. So I had two sentences that I then had to copy and paste to after the Scripture reference, when my expectation was that the block would just split the paragraph.

Then, I discovered that if your mouse pointer is hovering on a Scripture reference as you type it, as soon as the reference turns blue, the bubble with a preview of the passage will pop up, and you can no longer type until you move the mouse. This has got to be a bug, not intentional.

One more to add: If the last line in a Scripture passage is formatted differently for some reason (ie, bold), that formatting continues onto the normal sermon text when hitting enter that second time to continue typing. Here's a screenshot:

The cursor is in the white space below Luke 3:3-4, but notice that the bold formatting selector is highlighted at the top. A small inconvenience, to be sure, but definitely an unfortunate departure from how it used to work.

I recently joined the subscription basic for Logos. They have changed the format in sermon manager. They used to have sermon info right beside each individual sermon. I have literally typed thousands of sermons into sermon manager. Now you have close out of each sermon, go to the list of sermons, and right click on your particular to edit your sermon. Can you talk to the people in power and ask them to change back to it's previous format? Or, if I could get my individual sermon manager changed back?

Thank you for these comments. Encouraging it's not just me. But, has anyone found a solution, or a way of returning to the previous block format for verses?
