Install box opens, weird

I open Logos, open a saved workspace I've had for several months now to work on a book I'm contracted to finish, and this box appears with a notification bell. You cannot notice it while using Logos because it is behind the open app so you can only see it after I've closed Logos, or minimized it. It does not appear to pop up until I use one of my saved workspaces. Is this some deep program file that is corrupted?

    Now it pops up continually after I open Logos. It appears to be getting worse.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstall?

    You may want to post in the support forums. I have gotten help there before.

    @J.R. Woods I am sorry to hear that you have had this difficulty.

    Please close Logos. Then run the enablelogging.js file which can be downloaded from here under the heading "Logging problems installing Logos".

    Then dowload and run the logossetup file, which is available here.

    If your problem is still unresolved, please collect your logs as described under "Step 2: Collect your Logs" here, and either upload them to this thread or email them to cs@logos.com with a reference to this thread.
