I have icons missing that appear in training examples, why absent from default setting?

Top photo mine , Below photos (screenshots) trainer has different icons under Tools. I have logos 10 gold surely it is full featured?

I am not a bible novice, so wanting to do slightly complex things, but I am a logos novice and am fighting clumsiness and frustration, Please help me if you can

Where are my bible explorer icons and where are the menu options in top right of last screen shot ? ? ?

Open your Tools Menu as in your posted pic…

You can scroll down to any of the icons not on the top of the list and either drag and drop to the top or right click and select the pin to top option.

You can also remove any 'Tools' that you don't want 'pinned' by using the Right Click and toggling the Pin to Top - think of the top of the Tools Menu as a 'Favorites'

If the Menu Options you are looking for are those that you have the Red Box around - those options are visible in the pic above it - look to where the word Books is underlined

Logos Freezes when selecting a new video to watch in courses
Hi All, Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. When I watch the videos in a course, whenever I select a new (or the next) video to watch, Logos would freeze for about 3 minutes and then show the video: This is quite frustrating and makes it difficult to enjoyably work through the course and study.
