Factbook Search Not Displaying Prioritized Personal Books

I have been able to import .docx seminary notes, tag them with a category, and prioritize them within my library. Under a search from the home screen, it properly displays search findings within my library that I've imported.

When I am in other areas in Logos (Topic Study Layout which I believe uses the Factbook search tool) my prioritized book does not show up in any of the search findings.

I've not done any extensive testing in other search areas of Logos, but I fear my personal books in my library won't be prominently displayed.

Within 'personal books' I see other tags that could be used … but I've not tried those out yet (author, copyright, 'add field' (alternate heading, title, etc.)).

Thoughts?

Why is Logos searching for local networks?
Maybe once a week or so I get a pop-up from my Mac saying that Logos is trying to search for local networks. So I just click "don't allow" and it goes away until the next time I get the pop-up. Logos has internet connection and is syncing without an issue, so what is this? It isn't a big deal, I am mainly just curious.

Factbook Search and Factbook Tags Search?
Question: Why are there so many different types of search? Does "All Search" include results from all the other search types? Specifically, what do "Factbook Search" and "Factbook Tags Search" do?
