HI,

I am new to this program, but each time I attempt a login from my macbook air, whether from the app or online, I am automatically asked to purchase a subscription. I have a current monthly subscription. I am beginning to regret this purchase as never once in 2 months have I been able to update off the presenting computer.

Hi Susan

This sounds quite frustrating and I would recommend giving customer services a ring.

Proclaim is used primarily on Macs at in our congregation with at least three individuals contributing and updating presentations before the service is run from another computer in the sanctuary.

What you are experiencing should not be happening, customer services will be able to help.
