Integration of Third-Party Readers

I often use the read aloud features built into the app. They rely on the OS screen reader features. This works well for the most part, however there are plenty of apps and company’s whose entire focus is a text reader like, Speechify.
It would be wonderful if we could use some of those features inside of logos if you had those kinds of subscriptions or tools.
I hope something like this is possible.
