I have Logos 39.0.408 on MacOS Sequoia 15.2 on a MacBook Pro 16 2019.
Is there a function available whereby I can bring up a history of all recent actions performed on Logos?

Try History in the tools menu.
Or Cmd-Y will open it directly.
Check for the History tool in the Tools menu.
