I'm having a hard time adding Team Members in Proclaim. When I Click "Add Team Members" under the "Team" menu, I get the White Spinning Ring of Indecision. Is anyone else having this issue?
Hmm, that sounds like it's failing to load, or timing out. I just tried and it worked.. That screen does need internet to function so if your internet is flaky that could explain it…
If you try it again and it's still not loading, can you send us your logs? You can save them from the help menu and upload them here, or hit the 'report an issue' button and that will send all the necessary info to our support team.
I am new to Proclaim. I have a MP3 file I am needing to attach to a service item for special music. The MP3 file is for special music while the offering is being taken. Is there a way to copy a slide from an old presentation? As the holidays come near it would be great to go back to last year's presentations and pickup an old event slide and change the info for this year, to avoid starting all over.
