Yearly 5% Credit Back -- Subscription holders

Do we know know when in February this will be credited and available for use? I believe I had read once that it will back to when we first subscribed?

    No, this has not been specifically announced.

    Correct. Pro and Max subscribers will receive credit going back to when they started the subscription, including the early access period for those who participated. This perk is not included in the Premium subscription.

    Also, from what I remember reading… it's only good for one transaction.

    So if you had $50 credit, for example, you wouldn't want to buy a $15 book and then plan on using the remaining $35 another time - you'll need to spend it all in the same transaction.

    Logos Pro and Max subscribers are eligible for a 5% annual reward program. Based on net spend in a calendar year, subscribers that maintain an active subscription, will receive a promotion code for 5% of all purchases. Subscription must be active to receive this reward. Promo codes will be sent each February, (example: February 2025) and must be used on a single purchase. Codes will expire 90 days from issuance.

    I'm assuming for people like myself who were migrated over from Logos Essentials that we will receive two coupons. One for purchases before the switch and then one after. But I have no basis for that - I wonder if anyone else has anything extra to add?

    Considering I am expecting a rather large cashback was hoping for some official clarity to the already mentioned bits we have gotten. Signed up for the subscription based at least in part to this perk, and I don't think it is to much to ask for an official response.

    I've been asking for a response to something as simple as do they have a new schedule or something for what days they are going to do the Daily Deals on (since they no longer do it everyday, but the days have become more random with no discernable pattern)… just wondering what days they are going to have them on so I know to look for it…. and it's crickets. TWO WEEKS no response.

    I asked in another thread just a simple question for clarification of the academic discount… a few helpful members responded but still no one from Logos bothered to answer. And it's not like it was a complicated question.
