Why is Sermon Builder Not Creating Slides?

I've started dabbling in Sermon Builder recently, and one thing I can't figure out is why Logos doesn't make slides for me. In all of the tutorials I watch, this doesn't seem to be an issue. The slides simply populate. But I can't figure out how to get this to work for me. There's just… nothing there.

    My Sermon Builder appears to be having trouble connecting to Logos Media. After playing around with the Media tool I finally got Sermon Builder to populate slides for me.

    Hi Aaron, I'm having the same issue as well. I saw that you solved it by playing around with the Media tool. Can you describe what specifically that looked like? I opened my Media tool but wasn't able to do anything to solve the slides issue.

    Sure. I believe the media tool was not showing slides for me when I first opened it up. I was basically just clicking around, toggling options and navigating to various locations. If I could point to one thing, it may be that I switched back and forth from Logos Media to User Media a couple times. At some point the slides appeared and Sermon Builder started to populate as well.

    Thanks for this. This fix worked for me - it's a really annoying bug that would have had me stumped if you hadn't suggested that. Hope it gets fixed soon…

    Edit: spoke too soon, got muddled. This doesn't work for me. I can't create any slides. Is there a bug?

    @Jason Stone (Logos) could you tag this post as bug? I didn't know it was a bug when I initially posted the question (because of my inexperience with sermon builder), and I think it's too late for me to tag it now.

    I've got the same problem, and playing with the Media tool hasn't changed anything yet.

    I noticed this only happens with sermons I create in Sermon Manager, but slides work just fine with new sermons from the Docs tool.

    It works the same way on the desktop app (Mac) and the web app (Safari).

    I am having the same issue. The sermon builder won't create slides, either automatically from headings or when I specifically highlight and try either the right-click "add slide" button, or the add slide button at the top of the screen. This is happening with both sermons from a document and sermons from sermon manager. I have a Logos 10 package with the full features upgrade.

    I managed to get my sermon slides working by going to Media → changing from Logos Media to User Media → Importing a picture that I'll use as a background for my slides → double clicking on that picture to open it → clicking Send To and sending it to my sermon. Hope that helps others.
