Everyman's History of the English Church won't download

This title appeared recently in my library, but every time I start Logos it shows as downloading - "here's a preview". It shows up in searches as in the cloud.

Is there a way to either stop it trying to download (I'll probably never read it) or get it to finally download?

    Try restarting Logos.

    Else delete:

    CloudResourceManager
    DownloadManager

    in …\Logos\Data\randomuser.
