I have a fully paid subscription so why is the app telling me that I have a beta version that has expired?
iPad and iPhone. I have no idea which version as I just update automatically whenever there is an update. I know I coukd probably delete and re-install but I have many hundreds of books.
On mobile, the beta versions are set to expire after a period of time (typically 90 days)
You can see what version you are running by tapping the More button at the bottom right of the app and then selecting About towards the bottom of the menu.
If you don't want to be running the beta then, assuming the stable release is more recent than the beta, you can simply install that from the App Store and it shouldn't affect the books you have downloaded.
What platform is this on (desktop / mobile) and which version is being flagged as having expired?
Thank you so much Graham. That has worked for me. Tony.
On my Android phone I am on Logos Beta 40.0.0
On the iPad - after uninstalling and re-installing - it says Logos 39.0.2 (2). Why can't I have the Beta here (iOS 18.1.1) ?

Do you have Testflight installed on the iPad?

Just got a new (refurb) computer and installed Logos on my Admin account. Logos not showing up on my regular user account, the one I actually use 99% of the time to study and write. Worked fine on both of my accounts on same old computer. Thanks
I'm looking for John Chrysostoms Sermon on Susanna in Logos/Verbum as mentioned in the Commentary on the left. But searching in various ways, among them scrolling through the author's works I don't own, and I couldn't find it. Hence the question: Is it in Logos/Verbum? And how would I find it?
software won't open. what do i do?
I'm not using Logos very much lately. Today I opened and did bible search, and as I recall, the Search Engine options were Precise and Smart (AI?). And the Smart option is something that I have to pay for. Am I mistaken that the choice in the past was Precise and Fuzzy? What happened to Fuzzy? It looks like the free Fuzzy…
Can anyone tell me how to get this button back in my sermon builder? I really loved this feature and one day, I opened sermon builder and it was gone. I even signed up for pro subscription thinking maybe logos made it a part of this new subscription base service and nothing. I do not regret getting the pro subscription but…
