b5: Logos 4 Help appears to be not working in beta 5 (for me at least)

... I have a fresh install of Logos 4 beta 5 on a new machine and help file seems to be absent.  For instance I type in the command bar:

show help on guides and it just opens up a blank help window....

same result if I type in something directly in the search box on help window...no results..
